08:30 a.m. Cruise in a comfortable boat along with the Chao Phraya River and Canals in Thonburi Area, You will be treated to a spectacular and colorful scenery of Thai life along the river banks. The Bangkok people still depend on the waterways to transport their merchandise. Enroute you can see many magnificent temples and architectural buildings, including Grand Palace, Wat Arun or The Temple of Dawn, the Royal Thai Navy Dockyard, the old customs house and royal Barges Museum.
10:30 a.m. Visit Wat Arun located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, this temple can be reached either by Arun Amarin road or by boat from Tha Tien Pier, near Wat Pho, it was restored during the brief Thonburi, period to be the Royal Chapel of King Taksin. An important structure is a 79 meter-high pagoda or ?Phra Phang? decorated with ceramic tiles and fragments of multicolored porcelain. The name of this temple literally means ?Temples of the Dawn? but the most beautiful view of it can be seen from the east side of the river at sunset.
