MILEY CYRUS just tweeted an awkward family pic on her account yesterday, bringing the number of times she’s done “awkward” things to a new high.

Is Miley the new teen queen of “awkward?”

First there was the time she all but declared she was a pothead during her 19th birthday party celebration, then she was photographed attempting to fellate boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth‘s birthday cake, followed by a front flip in her living room that practically broke her tailbone…and now this…

It looks like Miley‘s trying to stay clear of posting racy photos of herself on Twitter and has segued to something else entirely. Is she doing all this just to get attention, or is she the kind of girl who, like her alter ego “Hannah Montana,” simply hasn’t left that awkward stage of adolescence?

Is ADAM LAMBERT taking the legendary FREDDIE MERCURY‘s place as frontman for rock band, Queen?  Mercury was as flamboyant as they come, but Lambert presents a different sort of lurid altogether…will he be the right fit?

The late frontman, who was once voted the greatest rock singer of all time, composed and sang many of the band’s hits, including “Killer Queen”, “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Somebody to Love”, “We Are the Champions”, “Bicycle Race”, “Don’t Stop Me Now” and “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”. How can Adam Lambert compare?

“Being asked to front Queen is the best thing that can possibly happen,”

Lambert told the UK Daily Star about singing with the band, who will be touring Europe this summer headlining for the Sonisphere Festival

“The intention is to pay tribute to Freddie and the band by singing some f*****g great songs. It’s to keep the music alive for the fans and give it an energy that Freddie would have been proud of.”

The 30-year-old “American Idol” runner-up performed with two of Queen’s original members guitarist, Brian May, 64, and drummer, Roger Taylor, 62, at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast, Ireland last year, and while his vocals were cheered by most fans, he still got his share of criticism.

“After the EMAs, I heard faint little slithers of a backlash from people saying, ‘You can’t replace Freddie Mercury.’ But I already knew that. There’s no intention in my mind of replacing Freddie. That’s impossible,”

Lambert said… sending Freddie Mercury fans into huge sighs of relief.

“The way I’m choosing to view it is that it’s a great honor and one I’m in no way going to shirk.”

So, if you want to see Adam Lambert channel Mr. Fahrenheit himself, head out to Europe and catch the Sonisphere Festival while you’re at it…

Is comedian ROSEANNE BARR running for president? Star news just heard she’s running for the Green Party’s presidential nomination…kidding aside.

If she wins, she’ll be the first president in 23 years, ever since Ronald Reagan, to have come from showbiz. Assuming she wins. Would you vote for the owner and proprietor of a macadamia nut farm in Hawaii?

Roseanne released a statement recently saying she’s been a long-time supporter of the Green Party and is looking forward to working with people who share her values, as she believes the two other major parties aren’t serving the American people.

“The Democrats and Republicans have proven that they are servants — bought and paid for by the 1% — who are not doing what’s in the best interest of the American people,”

Barr told the Associated Press.

“I will barnstorm American living rooms,”

she further said in a candidate questionnaire submitted to the Green Party.

“Mainstream media will be unable to ignore me, but more importantly they will be unable to overlook the needs of average Americans in the run-up to the 2012 election.”

Pretty tough words for a woman who was last successful influencing public opinion in 1997 with her TV sitcom, “Roseanne”…

GISELE BUNDCHEN and BAR REFAELI face off in the supermodel lingerie wars…who does it best?

The world’s highest-earning Brazilian supermodel and the Israeli Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue staple have a lot in common. Not only do they share a history with A-lister, Leonardo di Caprio (they’ve both been his ex-girlfriends), they’ve worn angel wings for Victoria’s Secret… and now they’re heating up the lingerie world with their competing campaigns….

Gisele with her own line of Brazilian Intimates for Hope Lingerie, and Bar, with her soon-to-be-launched label, Under.Me, from which she gave a sneak peek of a super soft cotton long tee (pictured above) on her Twitter account.

While Gisele‘s brand of intimates is all about glamor and seduction, Under.Me seems to be less about Bar and more about comfort.

On the other side of the coin, the supermodels continue to compete under different lingerie labels…Gisele, who’s the face of Hope Lingerie, and Bar, who headlines French lingerie house, Passionata.

Bar seems to have been dogging Gisele‘s footsteps from the start, from her relationship with Leo, which followed closely on the heels of his breakup with the Brazilian beauty…to Victoria’s Secret, when Gisele gave up her angel wings as soon as Bar put on hers in 2007…all the way to Gisele launching Brazilian Intimates in May last year, which Bar is following up with Under.Me.

And since Forbes Magazine has named Gisele Bundchen most likely to become the world’s first billionaire supermodel, will Bar Refaeli be far behind?

Why is TIM TEBOW wearing jeans in the ad he models for Jockey, virtually obscuring the underwear he’s trying to sell? Was this part of his contract rider with Jockey International?

We know he’s a devout Christian and all that, and he’s started a trend, that, like it or not, is spreading around (to the dismay of atheists all over America) faster than Kim Kardashian‘s pay-attention-to-me Twitter displays. But what’s the point of selling underwear if you aren’t going to show it at all?

True, Tebow‘s bared his impressive chest in the middle of a field with horses cantering past (maybe a subliminal suggestion about what’s hiding beneath those dark wash jeans of his?). However, only a hint of his underwear band is showing…which, truth in advertising be told…we don’t get at all. Unless Jockey has decided to branch out into denim sales, as well?

On the other hand,

“Some things are better when left to the imagination,”

Mo Moorman, PR Director for Jockey International told the Huffington Post.

And also because Tebow refused to drop his pants for the Jockey campaign.

One thing’s for certain, Tim Tebow modeling the new Jockey Stay Cool underwear a’int no David Beckham flexing his hot chiseled bod for H&M. But hey…whatever does you for this Super Bowl. All sides of the spectrum seem to be covered for the big screen ads they’ll show this Sunday.

REESE WITHERSPOON revealed that the new hairstyle with long, airy bangs she debuted early this year isn’t just a fashion statement. There’s a reason she’s wearing her hair this way.

Her new fringe isn’t just a flight of fancy to update her look or to wow photographers and fashion critics at the red carpet…although that’s happened, as well. The reason the Oscar winner adopted her new hairstyle is to cover the new scar she’s sporting on her wide forehead…the same scar she’d gotten when she was struck by a car while jogging near her home in Santa Monica last September…

“I landed right on my head and I have a scar, hence my new hairdo. I don’t remember much about it, but miraculously — and thank God! — I am fine,”

Reese said on the Graham Norton Show recently.

“They said I am very hard headed.”

Luckily, the driver of the vehicle, an 84-year-old woman, wasn’t going very fast when she ran Reese down. The actress escaped with minor injuries, including a black eye, and declined to press charges against the octogenarian, who was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

So now the 35-year-old mother of two covers the gash on her forehead with a sleek, new cut, that frankly, looks really great on her. We won’t even be surprised if it becomes the next biggest red carpet trend…

The Twitter death hoax saga continues to haunt Hollywood’s veteran denizens…this time, comedian EDDIE MURPHY is its latest victim.

So there was that incident involving Cher‘s death, which Kim Kardashian helped spread like wildfire…and then Reba McEntire was rumored to have fallen hundreds of feet to her death while filming in the frigid mountains of Austria. And way before that, Jon Bon Jovi met his untimely “demise.” This time, what is now widely known as the Twitterer Murderer has killed off Eddie Murphy…

So we guess the the social media meme for today should read:

“Twitter kills more people than (insert your favorite serial killer here).”

Because folks, Eddie Murphy remains alive and well, despite not having made a film of great note since “Dreamgirls” in 2006. Which is no reason to e-murder him off at all.

So what’s with this killing off of celebrities via Twitter? Are the perpetrators of the hoax hoping the rumors come true and rid them of celebrities they don’t find entertaining at the moment?

ASHLEY TISDALE stepped out in an asymmetrical lace dress at the Los Angeles premiere of “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.”

Ashley graced the event to support “Journey 2” star Vanessa Hudgens, who was decked out in a striking, sunshine yellow Maria Lucia Hohan gown… and she managed to look fab without upstaging her best friend.

Ashley looked lovely in an asymmetrical magenta lace minidress from Nightcap, which had a see-through back and one sheer long sleeve. She completed the outfit with a pair of nude suede pumps, a black gold-chained purse, and turquoise and gold cocktail rings.

Stick-straight locks, shimmery brown eye makeup, and nude lips finished the look.

Oh, and we’d also like to point out Ashley’s hair tips, which were dyed a dark red.

Did SIMON COWELL offer BEYONCE $100 million to join the “X Factor” judging panel? According to the latest Hollywood gossip, Cowell wants Beyonce to become a judge on the show now that they’ve booted all their female judges…

Now that Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger have been fired from “X Factor,” rumors are swirling about who gets to take their spots… and the number 1 candidate? Beyonce!

Simon Cowell reportedly wants to hire Beyonce to boost interest in his show… and he’s offering her $100 million per year—about $500 million overall for five seasons—to take one of the newly vacated spots on the “X Factor” judging panel.

Mariah Carey was also considered for the spot, but in the end Beyonce was the one Simon approached. A source explains to MediaTakeOut.com:

“He wants a big name female star on the panel. Mariah [Carey] is good, but she’s not that hot today. He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol.”

Rihanna is continuing her never-ending hair evolution… she’s now a bleached blonde! The singer, who is well know for changing the color and style of her hair several times a year, has gone from kinky brown locks to a longer, shaggy bleached blonde ‘do.

Rihanna is a hair chameleon—that’s just her thing. The star has gone from long red hair to black with blonde streaks to a buzzed undercut in the span of a few months… and now she’s gone blonde.

When one of her Twitter followers asked if she was wearing a wig, Rihanna explained that she actually changed her hair color for her ELLE cover shoot. She tweeted:

“lol! I dyed it for #ELLE”

She added:

“bleach + weave #WERQ”

Rihanna also showed off her newly bleached locks yesterday at a Denver Nuggets game, which was held at the Los Angeles Staples Center.

The Backstreet Boys’ A.J. MCLEAN dressed in drag and showed off his shockingly pale (and skinny) legs during a photo shoot with controversial celebrity photog TYLER SHIELDS.

The recently married Backstreet Boy became a Backstreet Girl in his photo shoot with Shields, which was taken right before his goth-themed wedding to longtime girlfriend Rochelle DeAnna Karidis.

The celebrity photog posted this photo of A.J. earlier this week, with the caption:

“It takes a real man to be a women (sic)!”

Tyler then explained:

“This is a photo we did in prep of AJ’s wedding which I was the minister of people laughed people cried and Connor Paolo Objected!”

McLean’s fully grown beard and tough guy tattoos provide a nice contrast to the fluffy Black Swan-esque dress and the sky high f*ck me pumps, don’t you think?

And thankfully, Tyler and A.J. opted out of the drag queen makeup.

A mom, dad, and baby whale are trapped with just a tiny zone of ice-free sea to use to come up for air in the dramatic film Big Miracle starring Drew Barrymore, John Krasinski, and whales. Based on the 1988 true story of trapped whales outside the town of Barrow, Alaska, Big Miracle is looking to tug on the heartstrings of animal lovers while also offering up a little romance, comedy, and a big environmental message.

Going up against Daniel Radcliffe's The Woman in Black and the sci-fi thriller Chronicle - as well as the Super Bowl - should make for an interesting opening weekend for Big Miracle.

JAMIE LYNN SPEARS opened up to Glamour Magazine about her teenaged pregnancy, saying all those hateful comments had hurt terribly at that time.

Five short years ago, Jamie Lynn Spears was well-known in Hollywood for two things: her role as Zoey Brooks on the Nickelodeon hit kids’ series, “Zoey 101,” and for being Britney Spears‘ little sister. And then she started making headlines for something else entirely: falling pregnant at age 16…

Now Jamie’s a devoted mom to her 3-year-old Maddie, and she’s turning 21 in April. After having practically disappeared from the spotlight following her pregnancy, which one newspaper called “the most high-profile out-of-wedlock teen pregnancy in Hollywood history,” Jamie Lynn has finally opened up on those turbulent times.

“After we wrapped shooting [for the season in 2007], I just wanted to go home to Louisiana and finish high school, be a cheerleader, all that. Then I found out I was pregnant. I was 16. I’d had one boyfriend,”

she tells Glamour Magazine in an exclusive interview on their March issue.

“It doesn’t make it perfect or all right. But I was judged for something that probably most everyone does. I was young. I was in love. I was like every other teenager, except I had this last name. And I made a decision that is forever my decision.”

Jamie Lynn has chosen to quietly raise her daughter, Maddie in Mississippi, not far from her hometown in Louisiana, and she now looks back on the choices she made to deal with her situation the best way she knew how.

“To have the world come down on a situation that was already affecting my family hugely was hard,”

Jamie Lynn confesses.

“I did feel responsible for the young girls and the mothers who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn’t trying to glamorize teen pregnancy. I hated when [the tabloids] said that. Everybody is dealt a hand of cards. It was my choice to play them the way I played them. But the hateful comments hurt.”

Parents’ groups were outraged that Jamie Lynn, the star of a show aimed at young girls, was setting a dangerous example, and many others pointed fingers at the media for making teen pregnancy look glamorous. Then when “Zoey 101″ was abruptly pulled off the air, it all contributed to the huge amount of guilt and hurt for the frightened 16-year-old.

“I believe in safety and birth control as prevention. But like many young girls…I was really scared to go to the doctor,”

the young mother admits.

“And I was on a Nickelodeon show, and it [felt] especially embarrassing to ask someone to put me on birth control. I didn’t want to ask my doctor, because she had a little girl.”

Now that Jamie Lynn is living a private life, having split with her baby daddy, Casey Aldridge to whom she was engaged to at one point, she says she only wants one thing:

“I just want to be a soccer mom. I want to cook dinner every night. I want the kids to come home and be dirty and make the house messy,”

she reveals.

“At the same time, I have to be patient and wait for the right time and the right guy. I would have never known that until I went through what I went through. I’m just patiently waiting for Prince Charming.”

Jamie Lynn is young and she’s gone through the test of fire. We’re certainly rooting for her to finally find her happily-ever-after, just like her sister did…

ASHELY GREENE says she had fun making out with OLIVIA WILDE in their 2011 comedy film, “Butter.” Well, here’s someone who kissed a girl and liked it.

While “Twilight” fashionista vamp, Ashley has had plenty of certified hunks for leading men (Kellan Lutz, Sebastian Stan), she says locking lips with Olivia Wilde in their movie together “ended up being really fun.”

“It wasn’t that awkward,”

Greene admits to Lucky Magazine in her exclusive interview and celebrity photo shoot for its March issue…

“It’s the same idea as having to kiss a male co-star and it’s not real. Olivia is such a cool chick and very professional. So we were just messing around and cracking up in between scenes … And now I’m the envy of every straight male everywhere!”

Does that mean Ashley‘s ready to reveal something about her sexuality? After dating a string of male celebrities that’ve included Joe Jonas, Chace Crawford, and Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill, will she be the latest to announce she’s bisexual…or even more shocking…a lesbian?

But it looks like Ashley refuses to let romance…or even a deep analysis into her sexuality…distract her from work.

“I’m so laser-focused on my career, because when you’re dealt these cards, if you don’t kind of run with it, then you’re an idiot,”

Greene says. ”

“What’s most attractive to me is someone who has the same amount of drive as I do, someone who’s equally busy.”

Someone like strictly hetero Olivia, maybe? You be the judge…

NICKI MINAJ offers us some incredible insights to her diva behavior from her rider demands alone. Oh yes, she’s a diva alright, and she’s eager to let us all know how she rolls.

The outrageously outfitted rapper and her bubblegum pink hair graced the cover of Wonderland Magazine’s February/March issue where a list of her concert and show rider demands has been featured. Ever wonder how Nicki keeps her petite frame in its current voluptuous state? Read her rider and find out…

Twelve bottles of Martinelli’s Apple Juice doesn’t sound so over the top, but Nicki specifies for six bottles to be iced and six bottles to be at room temperature. Also, lots of spicy chicken wings in 12-piece buckets, with absolutely, absolutely…”no thighs.”

Nicki, who’ll be joining Madonna in her performance during the halftime show on Sunday’s Super Bowl, also demands for lots of dried cranberries, raw almonds, and 24 bottles of Dasani Water, 12 room temperature, 12 on ice.

Which makes us wonder whether the equal parts icy and equal parts room temperature is a formula she uses to keep her rounded behind as shapely as possible.

Still, the Trinidadian-born performer does include healthy choices for breakfast, like egg whites (scrambled hard) and turkey bacon (fried hard), white toast with grape and strawberry jelly or jam, Belgian waffles with syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, butter and strawberries…all in one go.

For random snacking, she also requires Snapple, Red Bull, assorted fruit juices, Simply Lemonade, a fruit platter, cheese platter, deli tray, three packs of gum, salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, Wishbone Light Italian dressing, Bumble Bee tuna in water, and wheat or low fat crackers.

So you can just imagine Nicki‘s Super Bowl dressing room looking like a well-stocked pantry come game day. Granted she doesn’t request bowls of specific flower arrangements, six dozen white towels, fur-lined sofas or animal-hide rugs, but hey…this is a girl who loves her food.

Wonder if she’ll allow us to partake of any of that bounty…

Daniel Radcliffe is all grown up and playing the father of a four year old son in the chilling horror film The Woman in Black. I'm sure there will younger moviegoers wanting to see this one just because of the presence of Radcliffe who will, no matter what he does, always be best known for playing Harry Potter. And although it's rated PG-13, The Woman in Black isn't for wimps - but it is pretty much free of blood, guts, and gore.

The effects, cinematography, and acting are first-rate, but is the story creepy enough to draw in horror fans? Here's my review of The Woman in Black, based on the book by Susan Hill and directed by James Watkins:

Variety's reporting Alliance Films is currently in talks with James Wan to return as director and writer Leigh Whannell's already signed up for the follow-up (the plot's being kept a secret)

The so-called thriller 'Man on a Ledge', about a disgraced cop who threatens to jump off a building to divert attention from a heist going on across the street, isn't even implausible in a fun way.

GISELE BUNDCHEN just did what amounts to her own version of “Tebowing”…she sent out a plea urging everyone to pray for her husband, New England Patriots quarterback, TOM BRADY, in time for his team’s Super Bowl match-up against the New York Giants this Sunday.

What a good and loyal wife would do for the sake of her husband!

In this case, it’s the world’s richest supermodel asking the public to storm the heavens with prayers for her football star hubby…

“My sweet friends and family,”

Gisele‘s sappy, syrupy public email reads.

“This sunday will be a really important day in my husband’s life. He and his team worked so hard to get to this point and now they need us more than ever to send them positive energy so they can fulfill their dream of winning this super bowl. [...] I feel Tommy really needs our prayer, our support and love at this time. “

And at this point, Gisele gets on her figurative “Tebow” knee to ask everyone to join her in Divine supplication.

“So I kindly ask all of you to join me on this positive chain and pray for him, so he can feel confident, healthy and strong. Envision him happy and fulfilled experiencing with his team a victory this sunday.”

If there’s anyone who knows how to work an audience like she works the catwalk, it’s Gisele Bundchen. And now that she’s seen how big a trend “Tebowing” promises to be…she’s latched on to the idea and given it her own special touch.

First Lady MICHELLE OBAMA beat ELLEN DEGENERES in a push-up contest Ellen egged her on to during a taping for her show that aired a couple of hours ago on CBS .

Ellen challenged the First Lady, a well-known advocate for nutrition and healthy eating, and who launched the “Lets Move!” initiative to reverse the 21st century trend of childhood obesity, to a push-up contest right on the show. Suffice it to say, 48-year-old Michelle Obama bested the 54-year-old talk show host with the studio audience counting off the number of push-ups they performed…

“How many push-ups you can do? I’d like to do a push-up.”

Ellen asked Michelle Obama.

“You know…I don’t know,”

the First Lady replied.

“I can do some. Can you?”

Words upon which the gauntlet was thrown, resulting in the First Lady of the United States and the gay talk show host to hit the floor.

Ellen finally gave up on the 20th count, while Michelle Obama went on to do 25 to cheers and applause in the audience.

Of course, Ellen‘s older and has had a heart health scare last year, so we put our money on the younger, fitter Michelle Obama. Added to the fact that it wouldn’t have looked good on Ellen‘s resume to have bested a guest…the First Lady, no less…on her show.

Still…these are two women past their 40′s who can do 20-plus full-length push-ups in rapid succession. That’s something to think about. Can you?

TRACY MORGAN‘s mom is about to lose her home due to foreclosure, and Tracy refused to help her pay off her mortgage?

Tracy Morgan‘s mother, Alicia says she struggled for years to provide the comedian and the rest of his siblings with everything he needed as a child, but now that she’s out of work and facing foreclosure he’s refusing to help her.

Alicia said she called Tracy last month to say she needed $25,000 to pay off her mortgage, but his assistant called back and told her:

“‘Tracy would do a one shot deal of $2,000.’”

Alicia told CNN in a phone interview.

“I was so upset, I told her to tell Tracy ‘Thank you, but no thanks. I am not some person on the street asking you for a handout, I am your mother. And that was the end of that.”

Alicia Morgan lost her job last year, which reduced her income to $600 a month, causing her to fall behind on her $400 monthly mortgage on her Youngstown, Ohio home.

“It took me 30 years or more to buy a home,”

Alicia, who was widowed early in life, continued.

“At times I worked two to three jobs to support my children. They always got what they wanted, including Tracy. No one took care of them but me.”

She said Tracy had offered to pay her mortgage after she was laid off from her job last year.

“I faxed him my account number and my mortgage papers. I thought he was paying it, but after a few months I realized he didn’t pay it off.”

According to Tracy‘s sister, Asia, Alicia‘s home will be foreclosed if her mortgage isn’t paid by February 23.

“She has asked all of her children for help, but we are no in a position to do so,”

Asia told CNN

“We all have jobs, but Tracy is the only one in a position to help.”

As for Tracy Morgan, the “30 Rock” actor released a statement to CNN saying he was:

“saddened that these untrue stories about me have people questioning my commitment to my family.”

“For reasons that are between us, I have not seen my Mother in 11 years and outside of a random call here and there have had little to no contact with my sister.”

The one-paragraph statement continued.

“We all have personal family issues that we have to deal with in life, but I choose to deal with mine in private and not through the media.”

Hmmm…looks like we have another “Madonna situation” on our hands here.

Wonder how many more wealthy celebrities have left their families behind to fend for themselves despite having the means to help them?

Backstreet Boy NICK CARTER‘S sister, LESLIE died of a drug overdose, a police report revealed. The 25-year-old was earlier reported to have passed away in Upstate New York due to “unexplained circumstances,” and now we have the reason why.

Leslie was an aspiring singer who performed “Like Wow” for the 2001 “Shrek” soundtrack. According to the police summary, she had a a long history of mental illness and was on medication for depression. She was discovered “asleep on her bed and not breathing” by her stepmother, Ginger Carter, who called 911 from their Mayville, New York home Tuesday…

Leslie‘s father, Robert Carter, attempted CPR until the paramedics arrived and transported Leslie to Westfield Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 4:59 p.m. A full investigation into her death is ongoing, with a complete autopsy planned.

“I am with my family spending much-needed time together as we deal with this private matter,”

Leslie‘s younger brother, sometime rapper Aaron Carter told US Weekly. Aaron cancelled his performances in the Off-Broadway show Fantasticks to grieve with the rest of his family. His brother, Nick, meanwhile has said he plans to push through with his Backstreet Boys tour in memory of their late sister.

MADONNA has slammed LADY GAGA yet again, according to the latest Hollywood gossip. The Material Girl, who has had nothing but veiled disapproval for her supposed no. 1 fan, even compared her to BRITNEY SPEARS…

…whom she thinks is far better than Gaga.

Gaga may have an unwavering obsession for Madonna, but the latter does not seem to return the love. In fact, it seems every interview she’s ever had, she’s always dissing Gaga!

When asked about what she thought of Gaga in her recent interview with The Advocate, Madonna replied coolly:

“I have no thoughts.”

Then, when asked to comment about Lady Gaga’s influence on today’s gay youth, Madonna responded:

“It seems genuine… It seems natural, and I can see why she has a young gay following. I can see that they connect to her kind of not fitting into the conventional norm. I mean, she’s not Britney Spears. She’s not built like a brick sh-thouse.”

She added:

“[Gaga] seems to have had a challenging upbringing, and so I can see where she would also have that kind of connection, a symbiotic relationship with gay men.”

Sorry, Gaga… Madonna just can’t seem to bring herself to return the love you have for her!

OLIVIA WILDE says “people think [she’s] stupid for taking so many supporting roles.” Because, after all, with a face and body like hers, shouldn’t she be setting her sights on the more challenging, leading lady roles?

Yes, she should. But unlike the rest of Hollywood’s most beautiful faces, Olivia simply doesn’t want to take on lead roles.

She tells Angeleno magazine:

“Some people think I’m stupid for taking so many supporting and smaller roles, but I love it.”

She explains:

“It reminds me of being in a company of actors, where you might be playing Lady Macbeth in one play and a nameless girl in another; you learn so much.”

However, despite her reluctance to step out of her “supporting actress” rut, Olivia is not a reluctant actor. In fact, she’s wanted to be an actress ever since she was a kid! The “Butter” star admits:

“I lived in my head, I had a very active imagination, I could play alone in my room for hours and see whole movies in my head. This blurring of the line between reality and fantasy is something I think all kids have, and I was very lucky because my parents encouraged it.”

Olivia adds:

“‘I think we have an actress on our hands’ was something I heard very early, most often from my parents’ friends and extended family. It was probably not said as a compliment.”

WILMER VALDERRAMA called DEMI LOVATO his “angel” on Twitter, in response to her incredibly sweet birthday greeting for him… does this mean they’re still together?

Despite rampant Hollywood rumors that they had called it quits (again), Wilmer and Demi exchanged some super-sweet messages on Twitter earlier this week, which fueled speculation that maybe they are still dating.

After a brief, weeklong hiatus, Demi came back to Twitter with a bang by composing an incredibly sweet birthday greeting for her supposed ex, Wilmer:

“To the one and only @WillyVille – I only hope the world can see what an incredible man you are.. Happy Birthday Wilmer, you deserve it. :)”

To which Wilmer replied:

“@ddlovato thank you my angel… #StayStrong”

So, if they were no longer dating… why did Wilmer call her his angel?

Reese may not be averse to decorating her body with huge tattoos, but she is averse to enhancing her looks with plastic surgery… unlike most women in Hollywood. The all-natural beauty tells Glamour UK:

“I don’t think I need plastic surgery at this point: Can we just go day-by-day on that one?”

Reese adds:

“I’m not for it. I’m not against it… I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great … but I don’t think it’s the fix for some sort of unease that you’re having about who you are as a human being.”

The Oscar winner, who flaunts her half-naked body in a scene from her upcoming film, “This Means War,” continues:

“I have the body I earned: I had two kids and I’m still strong and healthy… And you start to have a different respect for your body the older you get. Instead of tearing yourself apart all the time, you start to go ‘Oh wow.’”

Wow. It’s nice to see a celebrity who is comfortable in her own skin and isn’t swayed by the insecurities that come with the job…

PAULA ABDUL was blindsided by her abrupt removal from “X Factor,” according to the latest Hollywood news.

The former “American Idol” judge, who was recently fired from her judging gig on “X Factor” along with fellow female judge Nicole Scherzinger, is reportedly not okay with her dismissal. A source tells RadarOnline.com:

“Paula loved doing the show and was blindsided by the news… Everyone is afraid this is going to send her into a deep depression and cause her to revisit some of her old destructive behavior.”

But the sad thing was, Simon didn’t even do Paula the courtesy of telling her the news himself. The insider continues:

“It was actually Simon’s lawyer who phoned her two days ago to tell her they made the decision to axe her, and although part of her expected the news, she was shocked.”

The source adds:

“Paula phoned Simon [Cowell] to ask him if the rumors were true, and he admitted that the powers that be at Fox didn’t think she was ‘edgy’ enough to be brought back, but that he was working on trying to convince them to keep her on. And he told her if by some twist of fate he couldn’t save her job, he would line something else up for her soon.”

Paula is reportedly distraught about the whole thing, despite her claims that she’s “OK” with getting the axe from “X Factor.”

“She loved doing the show and never thought Simon would let her go…again…this makes twice that he’s booted her from the judging chair – once on Idol and now X Factor – and she says she doesn’t know if she can trust him again even if he does come up with another project for her.”

The insider continues:

“Simon is doing his best to blame the firings on Fox – but like Paula says, ‘Studio Execs obviously have a lot to say about what happens on their shows, but come on, I find it hard to believe anyone is going to tell Simon Cowell what to do.’”

We do too. We can’t imagine Simon taking orders from anyone… can you?

Jessica Chastain and Joel Edgerton have signed on to star in a double feature that takes two different approaches to telling the same story - or at least that's how I'm reading the explanation offered by Myriad Pictures. Says Myriad CEO Kirk D'Amico, "It doesn't matter which script you read first, you absolutely want to read the other perspective."

Well, pretty much all of the Kardashian Klan—even the ones who are only considered “Kardashians” by extension, like Scott—are experts when it comes to inappropriate behavior.

Yesterday, one of Scott’s Twitter followers tweeted:

“@ScottDisick I wack it to kourtney everynight before I go to sleep”

Scott immediately replied:

“Makes 2 of us”

Ugh. What a disturbing image that evokes…

Honestly! Scott should have defended Kourtney’s honor or something, instead of joining in and saying he does it too!
