Recipe-Soft and Creamy Bread-ilicious

Bread-ilicious

Ingredients

  • Brown bread – 10 slices cut into 4 square slices each

  • Oil for deep frying

  • Water – 3 cups

  • Sugar – 2 cups

  • Home-made Thickened sweetened milk or Rabri – 4 litres Full cream milk condensed to 2 litres

  • Chopped nuts and saffron

 

Method

  • Take milk in thick bottomed pan, and boil on slow till it condenses or thickens.

  • Mix sugar, saffron, and chopped dry fruits in this and leave it to chill.

  • Take water and bring to boil, mix sugar & bit of saffron and boil until sugar dissolves well and water reduces to one string consistency.

  • Take the bread pieces fry in oil until dark golden brown.

  • Immediately dip for 10 seconds in sugar syrup and place in a dessert dish of desired size.

  • Pour each square with thickened milk and chill in refrigerator.

  • Garnish with more dry fruits if desired, before serving.

Recipe-Mouth Watering and Creamy Cream-ilicious

Cream-ilicious

Ingredients

  • Fresh whipping cream – 1 litre

  • Brown Sugar – to taste

  • Strawberries, peaches, cherries, grapes, mangoes, apple

  • Mango & Melon Cream Cheese cut into small squares

Method

  • Take cream and mix sugar as per taste.

  • Cut all fruits into small pieces, and mix with cream.

  • Garnish with the Mango & Melon Cream Cheese cubes.

  • Serve chilled.

Eggless Brown-ilicious

Ingredients

  • Cake Flour -  1 cup
  • Baking Powder  – ½ tsp
  • Baking Soda – ½ tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Hershey’s baking Coco powder – ¼ cup
  • Condensed sweetened milk – 300 gms
  • Cooking oil – ¾  cup
  • Milk (cold) – ½ cup
  • Chopped Walnuts – ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle some flour and keep ready.
  • Take condensed milk, vanilla, oil, Milk  and blend together with hand blender or mixer.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, chopped walnuts, salt.
  • Pour and mix the wet ingredients blended with the dry ones.
  • Pour this into the greased baking dish.
  • Bake in medium heat (about 250 degrees Celsius) or low flame for about 40 minutes.
  • Time may vary depending upon the size of oven, so please prick a tooth pick after 25 minutes to check if toothpick comes out dry.

Recipe-Soft, Delicious and Tempting Van-ilicious

Van-ilicious

Ingredients

  • Digestive Wheat Cookies – 1 small packet
  • Margarine – 1 Table spoon

  • Instant Vanilla Custard/Mousse Packet
  • Full Cream Fresh Milk – 300ml
  • Fresh Mango – 4 Medium Sized
  • Butterscotch Syrup – 2 Table Spoons

Method

  • Crush the digestive biscuits to very fine crumbs and mix margarine to form fine crumble.
  • Layer the dessert bowl of desired size with half inch layer of this crumble mix.
  • Leave in refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
  • Take fresh full cream milk and blend with the instant vanilla mousse.
  • Pour over the set crumble, and leave to set for about 3 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh whipped cream, and fresh mangoes with a bit of butterscotch syrup.
  • Serve chilled.

Recipe-Soft Choco-licious Pudding

Choco-licious Pudding

Ingredients

For home-made chocolate-cream-mousse

  • Fresh Whipping Cream, cocoa Powder, Betty Crocker or any chocolate fudge frosting

    OR

  • Instant Chocolate mousse in case you cannot make the above at home

  • Oreo Cookies – 2 small packs
  • Margarine – 1 table spoon
  • Assorted chocolate or whipped cream for garnishing – as desired

Method

Home-made Chocolate mousse:

  • Take 1000 ml of Fresh Whipping Cream
  • Whip the cream in a container kept over ice to stiff peaks
  • Mix 2 table spoons Cocoa Powder and 4 table spoons Fudge Frosting
  • Freeze for 5-6 house and your mousse is ready

For instant mousse:

  • Take milk & pour the packet of instant mousse & blend together in blender. Freeze for 4-5 hours and let the mousse set.

For Pudding :

  • Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with hand along with margarine, to make very fine crumbs.
  • Layer the dessert dish with half inch layer of crushed Oreo and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Scoop the mousse over the crumbs mix and leave in refrigerator to set for about 2 hrs.
  • Before serving garnish with either fresh cream or some assorted chocolates.
  • Serve chilled
