Cooking an Inspiration!!!

Exotic, Sensuous, Sweet, Vivid, Aromatic, Luscious, hot-n-spicy, chilled all of these are words that describe the wonderful flavors of Indian Foods & Desserts. Cooking has been a passion for me since I was a kid but something changed when I became a mum and was presented the gift of my lifetime my daughter in my hands. Holding that tiny helpless bundle of life in my hands just scooped that magic out and ever since then, my cooking has come from an inspiration and not an intention. As I share my inspirations with you all, I believe that anything you cook with the thought of love transcends an aroma and taste nothing can match up to.

I pass this mommy-licious inspiration to you that I derived from my family, my daughter, and my son who are always flooring me with their praises, my son who makes that out-of-the-world expression with the first bite of my food and my daughter who never fails to hand out her surprise notes full of my praises. And of course my husband for the journey to his heart was only through his stomach.
